In both Ayurveda and contemporary medical science, daily habits (दैनिक चर्या) and mind–body harmony are recognized as powerful, preventive, and restorative therapeutic tools.
We’ll learn & follow three points every week through our Newsletter & blog. The following points—though expressed simply—carry profound scientific and physiological relevance.
1. Early to bed & early to rise
Maintaining a circadian rhythm regulates melatonin release, optimises cortisol patterns, enhances immunity, and reduces metabolic disorders. Adequate sleep improves cognitive performance, mood stability, and cardiovascular health.

2. Chanting “Om”
“Om” chanting produces vagal stimulation, reduces sympathetic overactivity, and induces parasympathetic dominance. This leads to lower heart rate, reduced anxiety, and improved emotional regulation.

3. Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation & Exercise
These regulate the autonomic nervous system, enhance oxygenation, improve lung capacity, modulate the HPA axis, reduce inflammation markers (IL-6, CRP), and improve neuroplasticity. They are proven to reduce lifestyle diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and obesity.
